With over 20 years experience partnering with SME and large MedTech, Clinical and Specialty Pharmaceutical businesses in North America, Kim has established effective strategies to create and launch medical and biotech startup brands and build a presence with their markets and key stakeholders, resulting in a good reputation, solid growth and long term revenue for her customers.
She brings project management, marketing and business development experience as well as a deep understanding of various technical landscapes with complex selling. Kim's skills and deep market knowledge have achieved success and the results businesses are looking for in creating market entry plans, and executing sales strategies. Kim's entrepreurial and creative qualities have built success for businesses requiring disruptive and new ways of work to get the desired results.
Kim brings life sciences technical, scientific and medical acumen that is needed to communicate effectively and represent your company professionally. She started her career with companies Bayer, Pfizer and Abbott and has continued to partner across a variety of small, mid and large cap companies in health sectors including clinical, research, devices, personalized medicine, genetics and oncology.
Kim holds a Bachelors degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Western Ontario, a Masters degree in Laboratory Pathology from the University of Western Ontario, and an MBA from the Richard Ivey school of Business at University of Western Ontario. She has completed advanced programs in Digital marketing and Multimedia at Duke University in North Carolina and is a liscenced Certified Online Marketing Professional (OMCP).
Midas Management Solutions was founded to assist Medical and Research focused companies struggling to find the right people and skills to be effective in the rapid evolving Canadian health and medtech marketplaces.
Kim is fluent in English and French, the languages of Canada, but she also speaks Slovak. Other languages are available communication by way of translator and translation.
